More problems with version 10 concerning audio and video.

I'm slowly getting crazy now ... I just realised that the build-in audio and video player is still not working when I try to link to a flv or mp4 file on my server ... or to a file locally on my PC.

Therefore, I tried to upload a video to Youtube just to make it work. But ... when I link to Youtube, the video work (not with fullscreen) but ... there is NO SOUND!

This is NOT ok! I paid for this program 3 times and it has never worked with video or audio. It did not work in version 8 and 9 and currently my website is not using the build in player at all. 

I have to make a separate html document with my own player, and then link to that. That was not my intention when I started to use X5. Please be honest with me ...What is wrong?

Sorry my tone, but I'm really stressed and angry about this. :-(
