I won't do any advertising in the forums but for so many web sites, why don't you go to a cloud hosting solution like AWS or rent your own dedicated server ? You would have all control on how your e-mail works, etc.

Please pm me the company you are using I need to change ASAP. The new website x10 e-mail scripts are giving my hosting company a very hard time. I sometimes get no e-mails on any of my websites, I have tested it by filling the contact forms my self...

Also the pay as you go, all i have to do is point the nameservers on my registrar right? then i am good to use it?

For the pay as you go, you would have to create a virtual machine and install the software (Bind, Apache, etc). This is exactly like a dedicated server but virtually unlimited in space and memory.

For the first one we discussed, this works with WebSite X5 (you can take a look at  ### published  with the V10 : my shopping cart and contact form work)

that first website you told me about.... I never had to reveal that to any hosting company... I just would update the name servers and thats all never really transfar a domain.

Well, perhaps should you choose " I will use my existing domain and update my nameservers " so you won't have to deal with that (I never had to provide this information too)...  This can be discussed further, lol    

Oh I just did it with that option hopefully everything goes well. and yes I will be contacting you shortly about apps for some companies I have worked with.

I bought the DA1 how do I upload the website files using the website x5 10 FTP uploader? I dont see the username and password or ip

You need to contact the hosting server support to check for you ftp parameters to upload the content or to ask how to upload the content online.

Claudio is right : you should have received your details via e-mail. If not, contact your host via the control panel of your account.

Just a tip: when you will have your login details, you have to publish in /public_html folder which is a link to /domains/yourdomain.com/public_html

Yea I got them, it works perfect so far no issues with e-mail anymore!!!
