Hello,

Did you get the e-mail when the order is placed ? Was your logo image included inside this e-mail or was it missing like the CSV file ?  If your logo was missing too, it could be because the host won't allow sending e-mail attachments using PHP. Please let us know  Smile

I dont recive any mail when order is placed. Actually i tried everything in shopping cart setting, i linked my paypal account to shopping cart and that is working fine. when the customer places the order it shows order placed successfully and also creates the order id but i cant get any notification mail of that order. but thecustomer gets order was successfully placed message with order id just below that after which the customer pays by clicking buy now button of paypal and when he clicks on that it opens a new tab of paypal and then he completed the order successfull and after that i get the  payment successfully mail from paypal. But still dont recive the customer details or any mail from the shopping cart at all.

Hello Venudhar,

Have you tried to change script type in the Preferences, when you start the program, and then to export the project again to check if with another script you receive the email?

If it's not working with any script type then you need to contact the hosting provider to ask if they support the PHP mail() function.

Many thanks!

Hi Venudhar,

If you have tried everything else like you say then one strong possibility is that the emails being generated by the PHP mailer are being seen as spam by your own email account.  Check the settings of any spam filters running on the server where your own email is hosted, e.g. SpamAssasin  -  also check any 'spam box' as opposed to 'Inbox'  to see if the emails have ended up there.

Thank you for quick reply....i already check spam box and its setting but everything is ok. Actually I make one another small web project and upload it on my other server of different hosting provider and there is no issues with shopping cart. but with my this server i am facing shopping cart issues. Today i talk with an agent of hosting provider almost 2 hours and he checked evrything and its seems to be all the things are correct with PHP setting...So what i do now to resolve this?

Unfortunately you will need to change your hosting provider to one in which the PHP scripts execute properly.

The fact that you were able to create another small web project in which the shopping cart functioned correctly proves that the issue lies with the host/server, as opposed to Website X5.

I still feel the lack of email is a 'spam' problem and not anything to do with the PHP function as such.  Emails generated by PHP can sometimes be viewed as spam by some servers as they do not originate from a verified email address.  If this is so in your own case then unfortunately the only solution would be to change hosts, or alternatively implement customised scripts/code.

Hello,

Now before a 2 days ago I transfer my domain and hosting to other service provider but now the only good thing is my customers are receiving mail after they placed order on my shopping cart but still i am not receiving any mail from shopping cart regarding the order data. I know there is no issues with shopping cart because it's working good with one of my other service provider.  I am not familier to implement customised scripts/code. Can anyone help me from Website X5 support team to implement customised scripts/code.  Thank you.

Hello Venudhar Varade,

Before starting to look for a custom script try to change script type again on the new hosting provider and then check if in this way you get the emails by making some tests.

Try also to check with another email adress to see if this helps.

Please keep me updated.
