Email Form Problem

On V8, my email form was working properly. Since I upgraded, the user received a confirmation message, but I did not receive the message from the user. Can someone help me?

usually, to make the e-mail form works properly, you should verify that the server on which you are publishing supports the PHP language.
Therefore, you should contact your provider to verify that PHP is running and properly configured on the server.
Given that the problem does persist, I suggest you to press the Preferencesbutton on the Welcome Page of the program.
-Select E-mail form script type. You can choose the script to be used for sending e-mails. Due to the configurations on the Server you need to change it. Try toreplace it and enable the Low-level Script or Low-quality Server Script options.
Afterwards, please export your project again.

Hi Noemi,
The server on which I am publishing supports the PHP 5 language. I tried with Low-level Script or Low-quality Server Script options and It's not working.
The user received an Email with the data but I still receive nothing.
Any other suggestion?
