Problems Activating Version 10  en

I have just upgraded to version 10, downloaded and installed. On startup the system informs me it will assist me to activate the product. I enter the product key but a message appears informing me that it cannot connect to the server. I have tried re-starting the PC but this does not work. The PC is fully connected to the internet.

OK!  despite getting no answer from the support staff I tried again today and it worked this time. Perhaps I tried too soon after purchasing the program and there was some kind of time lag between the incomedia systems talking to each other to allow me to activate the program? Who knows?  Anyway it's working now!

Hello David,

It should be possible to install it directly after the purchase. Probably there was something that blocked the connection or the server was right busy when you were trying.
