Export Language

I've created a new Language but when I try to export this, I get the error message "An error accurred while saving the file."
How do I fix this?

Hello Bjorn,
Please try to create a new language and then without modifying it select this language and export it. If the same happens uninstall the program and then delete the installation folder of WebSite X5 v10 in Program Files and then download the installer form your profile on answers and install it again.
