Cannot Access Control Panel Menu

When I login to my website control panel, I just get looped back to the login page and not the control panel menu.

Hi Rob, More information it is very vague. What where and when and ho do you go about it? Is it an uploaded site to test? Are you referring to website X5 and which version. The control panel is it your hosts control panel on the web? Please more data to help you.
