Upgrade 10.0.3.27 I get an error

When installing the beta upgrade 10.0.3.27 , I get the following error. See attachement. This is not correct because all programs are closed. How can this be solved? I can not do this upgrade now.

The error : not possible toinstall the files.make sure allprograms are closedand try again.
But like i said before, all programs are closed.

HiClement,try to runthe file "imupdate"from the list ofprograms.I had thesame problemthis morningand afterlaunchingtheupdatewas successful.

I have first removedthe program completely from the PC,thenreinstalledand the problem isnowsolved. After reinstall the program I runthe updatewithout any problems.A bitweird thatI firsthad to removethe program,but it'sok now.
