How do I create a .iwzip file?  en

I saved a work in progress project to a flash drive because my computer was acting flakey. A week later the hard drive self destructed. I replaced it, reloaded all my programs and restored the files I had backed up - except for my Website5X work in progress on the flash drive. When I went to restore that one I found that it had saved all the elements but NOT as a .iwzip file and it wouldn't let me import them. How do I get these into a .iwzip file format so I can restore them?

Thanks!

Hello Gregory,

Can you please tell me in which format it has been saved? What file do you have on the flash drive?

Many thanks!

It saved all the different parts of the project but as individual files instead of just one .iwzip file. They're in all the different formats (.PHP, .PNG, .HTML, etc.) that are associated with a project. My head hurts. Smile

Thanks,

Hello Gregory,

It seems that you choose the option "Export to disk" which is meant for upload the website with another ftp program or if you want to modify the code.

From these files it's unfortunately not possible to create an iwzip file since this is the generated output and not the project file. You can use the content in these file to recreate it faster.

Please feel free to write back if you need more information.
