Website X5 V10, Keeps Locking

Website X5 locking and exiting when I try to work on you tube videos when composing the website.
I had imported my project from version 9.
Whenever I am on page containing videos as soon I click in the video it hangs and exits giving an error notification.
This is causing a lot of delay in project work. I am getting a feeling that buying upgrade was not worth it !??

I am having the very same problem. Version 9 never did that with my website. I was hoping that it was an issue with my computer and not the program itself. I really love using the program yet this is huge problem for me.

Please try to uninstall .NET Framework 4.0 and then use this cleanup tool:

Once done reinstall the .NET Framework 4.0 from following link:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17718
After it's installed again please try again and keep me updated.

Greetings. Thanks for your response. I tried as you advised. But still the same.
I cannot edit that page now at all. It keeps exiting the program.
Please Correct this ASAP

Please try to uninstall the program and then download the latest installer from your answers.websitex5.com profile in "Downloads" and install it again.
Please let me know if it happens again.
