Problem With Video Youtube  en

I inserted a video from YouTube into my website. I activated the possibility for automatically hiding the controlbar. In preview everything looks okay. I also can see the video in full screen. But then the problem occurs. The controlbar does not appear anymore, and the escape button does not work. So there is no way I can go back to my website, there is no way to minimalize the video again. Can someone help me out?

Hello,

You should update new version Website X5. We suggest of uninstall the sofware and reinstall software updated from section "Download" here in Answers.

We have try to load IE8 and it is not present your problem. You try to change settings IE: if you open internet options you try to go in the tab Advanced and you click on button "Settings Default". You should also verify which settings securiity IE are set correctly because it is possible which the script don't allow execute in the browser.

Hi Luca,

I already have the latest update of X5 V9. So that can not be the problem. I will try the Default Settings of IE and hope this will help. But this means, that when I upload my website, the (my) problem will not be there for others?

Hello, if I correcly understood, the issue about fullscreen is not related to Flash or WSX5. It depends on the Flash security protection because you are testing it on your local PC. It will run corectly as soon as you will upload your website online. Wink

Hi Steve,

Thanks. I already uploaded a test website. And you are right. Then it works perfectly.
