Can you please tell me what exactly are you doing when the program freezes? Are there other programs running in background?

Have you tried to uninstall the .NET Framework 4.0 to have a clean installation and check if this helps?

You need to uninstall it and then use this tool:

Once done reinstall the Framework from following link:

usually while I use X5 Evolution I have open photoshop program too, using X5 v8 Evolution with open photoshop program, I haven't the same problem.

In one case I close other programs open before try close X5 Evolution, but was not possible save end close the program.

When I say the program Frozen, it mean that is not possible save and exhit from the program, in this conditions all the job made before will be lost.

I'll try unistall .net Framework 4.0 and follow your advice and then test again X5 Evolution

Another important problem is when I need create a link with youtube movies link, doesn't work, I try in many conditions but not work!!

I'd like contest two thinks:

1) I'm convince that you can't sell a NO TESTED new release before to be sure that can't frozen, which refound the job's hours lost from the operator?

2) About the new HTML5 system modality to create a link to see youtube movies, is a big limit of the software, is not one develop but one envelope, if the end user "customer that connect at our web site" have to upgrade their EXPLORE (or other navigator software) program or download last version of Flash Player to see the videos, I'm sure all this customers don't update the software and we lost them, we can't get the message and our web site will be ignorate: This is a big limit considering that the movies will be much more use to trasmit direct messages at the customer. In the previous release this problem was not available

Can you tell me what exactly happens with the youtube video links?

The integrated function uses the Youtube player which can be seen also on devices without flash since it has the fallback. It uses both formats, html5 and flash, so that all possibilities are included. All the code generated is also compatible with older browsers. The use of html5 didn't exclude older browsers.
