I am extremely aggravated, I make my own templates for my websites and then After I save the template is **** gone!!!!! I have to create the website 2x Because now my website is using the default templates from website x5 I can't stand this, after the new update the templates I make they sometimes disappear and the website opens up with another template!

It is just as well I never purchased this ver 10 it seems there are so many problems, I am sure others think the same as I do that when one purchases an upgrade , they do not then have to sort out all the problems they get. come on get your act together and sort ALL OF THESE Prblems out.

Can you please tell me if you made a template from scracht or you modified an existing one?
Can you please try to update Version 9 to the latest release and then export the project again to import it in Version 10?

I made the template from scratch on v10, I dont really use the existing ones on website x5.

The custom templates, when the project form V9 has been exported, this one will be imported in Version 10. Try to update V9 to the latest release and then export the project again and import it in Version 10.
