Link Does Not Work In Text Object

Hello, In the text object, if I create a link for a certain words, it does not seem working right. Preview and also export website to disk do not see the words as link. Is this a bug or I did it incorrectly? I have the data transferred from v8 to v9 so I was sure the link was working in v8. Thank you. Hadi

I'd like to add one problem to this. In v8, I have several links to pdf or word doc files. These files are always included during export. In v9, when I export a website, then import it back to open it, I just realized if all links are still connected to the old link (the v8!!). If I try to export the website, none of these are getting uploaded. Any advices on this? I seems that the dissapearing link is related to local files only.
