V9 Dropdown And Gallery Now Flash ?

after upgrading to v9 the dropdown menus and the gallery don't work anymore on my ipad... are these functions now flash ? any chance to make em work again even in V9 ?

thanx for the link, it says in V8 was a problem which was solved, and i agree in V8 the pulldown menu worked well, after upgrading to V9 it is not working anymore on the ipad/pod/phone ... so it's a fruit issue ?

if you want you can use the last four gallery, Thumbnails gallery. Theseare notflash gallery.

what about the dropdown menu, any chance to get this working again with V9 ?
it worked with v8 flawlessly on the fruits-tablets, any hint how i can modify the dropdown menu ? navigating without it is a real pain and my visitors starts to complain about it...
