hi I had to redo a new instalation on my laptop, I installed version 9 (I had the version 8 before) and the k doesnt work it says, the key is not valid because it is for a upgrade..., I do not want to install version 8 so can you help me or give me another license I need version 9 and version 10 install on my computor thanks Pierre

I have installed version 8 and version 9 on my laptop, when I try to register version 9 it says error 311. I need my program I have a update to do tomorow

Hi Pierre,

Unfortunately, if you upgrade from version 9 to version 10 then your previous v9 licence becomes invalidated. It is a recent change of policy on Incomedia's part, which has proved highly unpopular. There are many negative comments in the forum concerning this
