Hi Samantha,

I think the best solution is to contact your hosting provider. If the software hangs on "FTP_GetCurrentDirectory" it means that the server replied with a non-standard answer.

Samantha i also can't upload my site with x5 but that's not a big deal. There are so many freeware ftp clients out there so you can upload it with one of them. I am using filezilla and everything it's ok.

I have helped upload 1000's of X5 websites and everyone of them went up on the internet through using X5 Export!!

Even these users that said "They use Filezilla or any outside FTP client!"

The term FTP_Get means it is earching for the remote folder after giving the server the incorrect information.....

There are two types of Hosting on the net one from a company and the other from a reseller. The latter is the one that causes the problems as they don't send out any useful information and always refer you to another company for help!!

If you wanna learn the hard way go ahead BUT??

Kostas if you are not using X5 Export your parameters are wrong......

You cannot email a mechanic to ask how to fix your motor can you!!
