Program won't launch

I purchased Incomedia websiteX5 version 9 and installed it. I'm running windows 7 64 bit on a pc. After installation I tried to launch the program, but keep getting an error message as follows: "Incomedia WebsiteX5 has stopped working" The error message goes away and nothing else happens. I need help or a refund. Please help. I would like to use the program. Thanks

Hello Chuck,
Please try to uninstall the .NET Framework 3.5 and then use following cleanup tool:

Once the tool has finished you need to reinstall the .NET Framewrok 3.5 from following link:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=21
