Hello Joey,

Please try to uninstall the program and then uninstall also the .NET 4.0 Framework on your computer. Once done use the following cleanup tool to remove completely the .NET 4:

http://cid-27e6a35d1a492af7.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx/Blog_Tools/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip

When the tool has finished, reinstall the .NET 4.0 Framework from following site:

http://www.microsoft.com/nl-nl/download/details.aspx?id=17718

When you reinstalled the Framework then try to reinstall WebSite X5 and check if the same issue happens again.

Please keep me updated.

Hello Joey,

Please try to open the Preferences Panel when you start the program and then set the number of simultaneous processes to 1.

Once done please try to check if the issue is still present.

Please keep me updated.

Can you please tell me what object you edit causes this issue? It's always the same object?

Does it happens with every project also a new one with the same object?

Many thanks!

Hello Joey,

Try to uninstall the program and then delete the installation folder of WebSite X5 in program files and then download the new installer from your answers.websitex.5com profile and install this one. If the issue still persists, try to uninstall again the .NET Framework 4.0 and after the .NET 3.5. Then use again the cleanup tool and then install these frameworks again by installing first version 3.5 form here:

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=21

Andthen version 4 from here:

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17718

In this way the program is updated and the main .NET Frameworks are reinstalled so that in case one version was not working perfectly now it's fresh installed and this should fix the issue.

Please let me know if this helps.
