Dear, To complete the registration process for WebSite X5, you need to enter the Product Code. I formatted my laptop, I downloaded the website x5, I installed and is asking me the product code to unlock. I do not have. Best regards

As in V7, V8, V9, V10, etc?

The computer codes and unlock codes for V8 are stored under 'My Licences' which is accessible from the drop down menu headed 'Profile' at the top-right of this page (assuming you are logged in to WebsiteX5Answers)
You should be able to recover your codes from there
