Mobile playable video

I've just finished building my photography website with ver. 10. The built in video player supports HTML 5 and can fall back to flash is nice. However, mp4 videos still won't play on mobile devices. Is there a way to make videos compatible to play on most mobile devices?

Can you please tell me on what mobile OS and version it's not working?
Does the browser used supports HTML5 Videos?
