Error 406 when updating to 10.0.6.31

When I want to install Update 10.0.6.31 I get an error 406
'Het was niet mogelijk om de bestanden op uw computer te installeren. Controleer of alle programma's zijn afgesloten en start de update opnieuw!'
In de achtergrond krijg ik dan ook een foutmeling Zie bijlage

Wenn noch eine weitere Websitex5 offen ist oder wenn ein anderes Programm z. Bsp. Virenscanner oder Firewall den Update behindert kommt diese Meldung. Oft reicht ein Neustart von Windows vor dem Update, sonst Programme schliessen die den Update behindern.

In addition to JJ's reply, Laszlo's response would also indicate that the Incomedia server may be struggling to cope with demand, as many try to download the new update simultaneously?

When I close the back error window with ALT-DEL I can install the update.
