Making main menu at the bottom of the site

Website x5 users need to have the ability to make main menu at the bottom of the site's pages. In the last 10th version of the program we can make main site menu in 4 different position - horisontal menu at the up and down of the head of the site and vertical menu at the left and at the right part of the site. We are need to have the ability to make main site menu at the bottom of the site, like the one at the atachment. May be at the 11th version of website x5 it will be done?

but they never incorprorate these surgesting into new versions, I have tried since ver 7 and I might as well talk to the wall, as nothing happen.

Okay, maybe it will be better to use selfmade menu in flash.
