Hello. I am trying to get a thin black line to appear right across my page header - below the company name and images. www.sixsigma-ltd.com. I have saved a thin line as an image and added this to the header - but it is reproduced as a (fairly) wide line and I cannot make it thinner. Can you help please? Regards Malcolm

Hello Malcolm,
Every image added in the heade automatically has an minimum height of 10 px. To have a thin line you need to create an transparent png file with a height of 10 px and then you add the thin black line to the file so that the image will occupy 10 px but the line is thinner.
Please feel free to write back if you need more information.

Brilliant - I get the idea. It would be really greatif you were able to give me some simple instructions for doing this using Adobe Photoshop.
Hello Malcolm,
You need to create a new image with the width you want and as height you use 10 px.
You need to select transparent background and then in the image you need to create a thin line with the Shape Drawing, by using the rectangle givin the height you want.
Once done you save the file as PNG so that the transparency will be kept and then you add this file in the header.
Many thanks!
