Update will not connect with server  en

I am trying to update x5 9.1.8.1960. When I click on the Upload bar at the bottom of the page it says: It was not possible to connect to Internet or to the Incomedia Server. This could be a temporary problem: we suggest you to try again later. I have been trying for over a week. Please send me the update for Version 9.1.10.1972 and Version 9.1.12.1975.

I cannot go any further because when I try to open my project it won't open because it was done with version 9.1.12.1975. This is my laptop and I need to be able to work on my project from this machine while I am not in the office.

Hi Donna,

Did you use your v9 license to obtain a reduced price upgrade to v10?  If so then I'm afraid your v9 license will have expired, and this will probably be the cause of your failure to connect to the Incomedia server.

Perhaps Claudio will be able to assist further...

PS: if your v9 license is still valid then you should be able to download the latest release by clicking on the drop-down menu headed 'Profile' at the top-right of this screen...  go to the Download section...  any v9 product listed there will be the most recent available

Paul, success at last. I didn't think I had used my v9 license for v10 and I guess I hadn't because once you pointed me to the correct path (Profile>Download) I found the update I needed. Now I can work on my project without moving it to v10.
