Error 2147220850 on all photos

...I was recentyly trying to upload new info to my website and got numerous error messages and now ALL photos throughout the website have disappeared and i get the following error
error 2147220850 on all my photos.....website just will not load photos and there are so many...last upload and batch all successful....This is a disaster for me
Its an urgent issue for the school as at this time of year
I have tried accessing the backup file of the website but the same error appears. Any help would be gratefully accepted.

The school website is www.stwolstans.ie
The site as it is is fine but if i go to change it (add new content) as I test it none of the photos are visiable.....I really am desperate to get this fixed...hopefully you can help.
All the photos are still in the web batch folder on my computer ....they are not visible in the preview anymore

It seems that the project was saved on an external drive or partition called P:\.
Is the drive letter still the same or has it changed?
The error means that these images are not available under p:\!!!A teacher!!!\mcgrath update\rachels back up\web batch files\

Hi Claudio,
It appears seems someone deleted the P drive well renamed it therefore the site obviously could not find it...We have renamed it as it should and now the site will allow changes ...Thank you for all your help....
