Hello Maxim,

The templates made with the program have faixed sizes and in the code is already present the function to adapt the template to smaller screens like mobile devices.

You can choose between the 1500 builtin templates, or if you want you can use the custom template builder to create a template that fits your needs.

Please feel free to write back if you need more information.

Hi,

I am new to this software but not to webdisign development, i must say that i am disappointed that responsive design isn't in the software as it was claimed, the definition of a reponsive design is that the website displays on a screen for example mobile on portrait and when you turn the mobile to landscape the design adjusts as well as the same design should be the same on desktop, tablets and other devices, this is not reposnive design you have, it's not even adaptive, instead it is a fresh design from scratch for each device...if i may suggest something to your developers, use % and em instead of fixed width layout, or even borrow bootstrap framework .

If i am mistaken please guide me in the right direction Claudio, you said "in the code is already present the function to adapt the template to smaller screens like mobile devices" how?

Other than that almost everything is ok

Hello Aziz,

with use of WebSite X5 the layout is fixed, you can try to export the site in the disk and modify the HTML code, you can insert your personal script or your modify for the responsive design.

I read these posts and went straight to my iPhone to see if my site looked OK when viewed on a mobile screen. (I had never tried this before).

It worked excellently well, resizing perfectly and responding to two finger resizing with no issues. I tried sending a message using the email contact form and it worked without a problem.

My site was updated to Version 10 a few weeks back and it appears to work exactly as promised on a mobile device, Aziz.
