Page title problems

The page title and the vertical sub menu is too near the horizontal menu buttons.
I have tried adjusting it on all the different meuns without a lot of luck.
How can I adjust this please

Hi Andrew, apologies that I don't have a solution for you, but just letting you know that your page renders perfectly in Google Chrome on my machine. The spacing seems ideal. I'm wondering if this is a local issue or a cache issue?
Have you tried viewing on several different browsers, or other computers?
