Hi,
Did you use the Flash gallery as opposed to the Javascript gallery in v9?
V10 no longer supports Flash galleries, and has moved to new HTML5 galleries which use Javascript. This ensures greater compatibility with tablets and mobile devices, as well as faster loading.
However, the gallery can fallback to Flash if need be, so you should check to ensure you have the necessary Flash plugins installed in both your preview browser, and your main browser:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Paste the link above into the address bar in both your preview browser (within X5) and your main browser, and follow on-screen instructions.
Note that the preview browser in V10 is now based on Chromium as opposed to Internet Explorer.
I suspect your video issue has a similar root cause... what file format were you using successfully in V9? I will help you source the correct plugin to use if I can.
Best regards,
Paul

Thank you for your answer,
Now i try to use your advice.
About video, I used a link to youtube videos in V9.
OK, your YouTube videos should play correctly in V10 once you have correctly installed the Flash plugins as described
Best regards,
Paul

Unfortunatly I have problems, I installed Flash player in my main browwer (Internet Explorer), but I cant install it in the preview window. I open a preview window in V10, paste the link, try to install the version for Google Chrome. But it doesn't work.
What happens when you try to install in the preview browser? What error messages do you get?
The following webpage may be of help to you... It contains many important details relating to correct installation:

http://get2.adobe.com/ru/flashplayer/download/?installer=Flash_Player_11_for_Other_Browsers&os=Windows 7&browser_type=KHTML&browser_dist=Chrome&d=McAfee_Security_Scan_Plus_Chrome_Browser&dualoffer=false
I think, I do some mistake, beacause I have the word "false" (last one in the link below)
Try temporarily disabling your antivirus (McAfee) whilst you install in the preview browser.

I disabled antivirus. I don't know what I need to do. I open Evolution10, then choose my project and open a preview window. Then I paste a link and start the installation (I choose a version for Google Chrome because the preview window is in Google Chrome). I receive a message, that the installation is prepearing. And that's all. I tried to switch-on plugins, pasting about:plugins in the bar, but it also doesn't work! I will try to read the link you gave me...

I installed Flash Player via Google Chrome (I opened it like a browser, not like a preview window in V10), now I have FPlayer for Chromium in my computer, but the galleries don't work.
Shall I install FP separately in V10's preview window?

I'm very sorry but the problem isn't resolved! Could you please find some decision?
Yes, there are two separate Flash installations which must be carried out. You have already succesfully installed the first one in your main browser, Internet Explorer. Now you need to install the Flash plugin in the preview browser within X5 itself, else you will not be able to preview video as you are editing.
1. Reboot your computer
2. Make sure your antivirus package is completely switched off
3. Open Website X5
4. Create a new project
5. Open the preview window
6. Replace index.html in the browser address bar with http://get2.adobe.com/flashplayer/?fpchrome and press Enter
7. On the following screen which appears you need to click on 'Download now' - I strongly recommed unticking the box for the optional McAfee Security Scan Plus download at this stage
8. Save the download to a location of your choice on your PC, then open and run the file, which should have a name similar to the following, install_flashplayer11x32_mssd_aaa_aih
9. Follow all onscreen prompts to complete the installation
10. Close Website X5
11. Reboot your PC
12. Make sure your antivirus package is re-enabled
Check that video now plays in the preview browser. Let us know how you get on

thanks for the instruction, I tried the same steps yesterday, I try now but when I open the link below in the preview browser, I click "Download now", I see the massage that it is in preparing for installation, and that is all. I don't have next step, I don't see file to save...I switch off my antivirus, I unticked the optional MCAfee...
You might need to allow some time for the 'Preparing Installation' message to disappear, but it should do in due course.
If not, then minimize the X5 program and all other windows to see if there is a dialogue box behind them... you should be presented with a screen which allows you to choose where you will save the Flash setup file... once the setup file has downloaded, browse to its location on your computer and run it.
