Cell height problem

im making use of the cells,my problem is if my other cell has a long content and the other cell beside it has a short conten then ill add another cell below the short cell,it has a very huge space because of the long content of the other cell.ive attached the sample of my problem.thanks

I already found the solution,its great evaluating this product.im slowly gettingwhat i wanted for a website.thanks incomedia.i attached the solution for this problem for those first time users of websitex5 whose having or encountering the same problem
