VAT to GST  en

I saw a post earlier where David G. wanted to change the wording VAT to GST and his problem was apparently solved by going to the Language Content Management screen at the General Settings page and change the text in there. I have tried this and found that you can't alter the ID Content (the left hand column) only the EN-English (right hand column). I changed everything I saw from VAT to GST even though it still says VAT in the left hand column, but it still shows as VAT when I am building the Shopping page. Am I doing something wrong? Or does the website have to be published first before the changes show?

Hi Glenn,

The changes should show even in the preview  -  I've just checked with a new, blank project to make sure.

How did you exit the 'Language Content Management' screen?  If you exit by clicking the red cross as opposed to the 'Close' button then your settings will not be saved.  Is that a possibility?

Hi Paul and thanks for your reply. Yes I did exit Language Content Management screen by using the 'Close' button and when I go back into it to check, all the right hand column changes still reflect GST. But when I add items to my shopping cart page there is no reference at all to GST, only VAT. Where else do you think I may be going wrong?
