Error -138 when loading url

Hi
I have a problem with website x5 V10.0.4.28 when trying to preview my work... the browser shows up and it says "Error -138 when loading url http://127.0.0.1:8080/index.html"
How to fix this? when I open the index file from upload or preview folder everything is fine..

Has the preview worked successfully in version 10 before, or has this problem only recently occurred? If so, what have been the most recent changes you have made to your system? What software have you installed/uninstalled? In particular have you made any changes to anti-virus/malware/firewall software, or has your subscription (if any) expired on those items?

I had the preview working in version 10, but yesterday I formatted my laptop and after reinstalling WSX5 this problem occurred...
Make sure your antivirus and firewall are configured to allow WebSite X5 as an 'exception'
And it would be a good idea to upgrade to the newest release of version 10, which is 10.0.6.31, even though your issue is probably unrelated to the older version.
