Need to add Contact Page

Hi
I have a Left Navigation menu. At the same time there appears to be another menu just above the footer but I can't find how to gain access to it for editing. This is the menu that includes the Site Map, General etc
I need to add a Terms and Contact page, but I don't want to use the footer (which I am using to display a slogan) and link it to the page this way.
Where is the edit facility for the menu that appears above the footer?

Hello Cos,
The footer menu cannot be edited and it displays all the pages present in the main menu. The only way to make a page appear also in the footer menu is to add this page in the main menu in the step 2.

Thanks very much for this.
I have already done it this way, but I want the Contact page to appear only in the footer menu and not in the main navigation menu on the left as well.
Is this possible?

Hello Cos,
Unfortunately it cannot be added without adding it to the main menu too.
The only option would be to make the footer higher so you can add the slogen below and in the upper part the links to the pages you want.
