Hello Ali,
The folder name you enter for the comments has to be only the name of the subfolder like comments
You need to check that this folder has writing permissions 777 and you can check if your hosting provider has already a folder that is set as public.
If this should not help, please write me the link to your website and send me the screenshot of the settings of the guestbook.
