Update will not install  en

Have tried to install latest update 10.0.6.31 5 times and it FAILS each time.

Running Windows 8 Pro 64 bit

Can I download directly and install? Is there a conflict with Win 8?

Hi Robert,

You can download the 10.0.6.31 update by clicking on the 'Download' section from the drop-down 'Profile' menu at the top-right of this screen.

You can use the download to install the updated program file directly over the top of your existing installation.  Just double-click the downloaded file and follow all on-screen prompts.

I recommend doing this on a 'clean boot'  -  i.e. when you have just restarted your computer and no other unnecessary programs are running, in particular Website X5 itself.

There is no conflict with Win 8 as far as I'm aware.

Disabled the Anti-Virus and all background programs and Update Installed.
