The feature you refer to is known as an 'anchor'  -  this is one of the great new features of version 10, which has support for 'Built-in anchors'  -

However, you can still achieve the same effect in version 9, although you will have to insert the code manually.  You may find it helpful to refer to the following thread for a tutorial on how to do this:
