Keep Crashing when adding video

Wesbsitex5 V 10 keeps in crashing whenever I am working on Adding a Video in the page creation area. Keeps on happening. I Still don't have the solution for it. Please is a understatement here. Help !!!

Hello Hemant,
Try to deactivate the checkbox PReview in step 3 and then try to select the video obejct again to see if the same issue happens again.
Can you please also tell me what video format are you adding?
Does it happens also with other video formats?
