File or Url Display function

I have noticed that the link window properties have changed when displaying an URL in a "popup window".
Prior to v10, this link would display the size of window nominated with the EXPAND WINDOW (small square) greyed out.
This meant that it helped stopping visitors moving away from the the main website.
NOW, the visitor CAN expand that secondary window.
A minor detail but quite important in keeping visitors!

Hello Nigel,
This depends on the Browser used because some like IE allows to use it. In Version 9 the preview was with IE and so it worked. Other browsers like Firefox and Chrome are not allowing to block it and the only option is to change the configuration of the browser.
