Webstore feature generates an automatic Email to the customer.
The answering Email to the customer doesn't look well.
The outlook is very basic and the "new line" instruction is printed, not executed.
Please see annex.
For me this is not the way to communicate with customers.

Hello Hans,
It seems that in the preferences you have choosen the "low-level script" for the emails and this script is sending plain text emails where html code is not executed but printed as text.
You can try to change script type in the preferences, but check before that it works on your webhosting server by testing it on another project you upload in a subfolder, and if this works, use one of the other 2 scripts because these execute html code.
