Using v10 is there a way to allow a user to select a file (pdf) from a directory on the web server and then view/print/save the pdf.

You can use the PF File Widget in the HTML&Widget Object in Step 3 to let the user see a file file you already added in the project. This will load the pdf plugin which allows to save and print the file but there is no option to allow the user to choose a file from a directory. You will need to add all files in the project before.
