Order and purchase related from my website

I have query related to order purchase by some clients.
After purchasing the product the order number is showing something like this 130718-HM78 so on basic of this how can I (owner of website) come to know about the product id and purchase of product by client.
As whenever someone purchases order from my website www.lifewithcolours.in , after that it shows the order no. 130718-HM78 and item no. also the same no. As I have written all the items / product as product id and product name. but still when and after purchasing any product it shows order no. like 130718-HM78.
So can you Plz help me out how I as the owner of website come to know which product is purchases by client or any party.
I am also sending the screenshot of purchase order. (see the attach file) Plz reply fast as I have 4 peoples order in my list. And I have to send the products to them immediately.

Hello Dave,
This is an automatic generated order number and you can find out what products the customer bought because you receive also an email after the purchase where this unique number is present and also the list of all ordered pruducts.
You and the customer receives an email with the Order Number and the list of ordered prudcts and according to this number you can recognise what has been ordered.
