Insert script direct after <body> tag

The Google Tag Manager script need to be included directly after the <body> tag.
It would be nice to have an option "After <body> tag" besides "Inside <body> tag".
At the moment I need to insert the script at "Inside <body> tag" and first close the open body tag with >, then append the script, then open a dummy tag which will be closed by the closing > of the body tag. Example:
