Video Control problem

I bought Website X5 V10, however I use the V9 to make my sites. I usually leave my videos on the server and run them in Showbox at the site, but with version 10 they do not start automatically and besides all stay with that brand huge pause mark in the middle of the screen that does not go away and neither appear controls video . what´s wrong with video control, because itworks wellin version9 ?

The videoplayer in Version 10 is different since it tries to use the HTML5 format, so it can display also videos on mobile devices, and if the browser is not natively supporting the Video format, it uses a flash player, which you a are seeing. I would suggest to use a different video extension so that it will use the integrated player in the browser.
Like you can see from the following page the mp4 format is one of the most widely supported:

I dont know,but Ithink anupdateshould addnew features and notforce me tochange mydozens ofvideosto fit.I was notverysatisfied withthe new version, I'm sorryI dont feelsafe touse ityet....the big pause on screen remains a problema
