I have a small piece of flash interactive software that staff can read & listen to and then complete an assessment at the end to receive a certificate. I was wondering if there was a way in which I could install it on the web page with a link for staff once logged in can access the software. anyone know if this is possible?

Hello Charles,

If it only consists of an swf file then you can use th Flash Object in step 3 to add it to a password protected page.

If it has more files needed to run, then you can use the HTML&Widet Object in step 3 where in the main tab you add the custom html code to laod the file and in the expert tab you add the files necessary to make it work.

To password protect a page, you need first to go to step 4 - access management - where you create an new user and then in step 2 you select the page that needs to be protected and then you click on the top bar to password protect (the lock symbol) and then you select which user can login in this page.

Hope this helps.
