Hello Joe,

Could I kindly ask you not to create more than one post per topic.  This post is your third on the same issue over just a few days.  Duplicate posts make it much harder for others to search the forum efficiently, and for other users and Incomedia staff to offer you focussed support.

A couple of us have tried to assist in your first two postings but have received no response to date:

Please continue on one of your original threads, or alternatively wait for an official answer from Incomedia support.  I assure you they will not overlook your query.  If you set your post to 'private' then you can communicate directly with them if you prefer.

Kind regards,

Paul

Hello Joe,

Thanks again for the screenshot.

The import should work this time now that you have bought the Evolution version.  However, I know that this error has been reported occasionally in the forum.  I see that you've advised Michele of the issue, and I'm sure that Incomedia support will be able to examine the file if need be to assist you further.

In the meantime I would suggest trying the export again if you haven't already done so.  Additionally, try exporting to a different medium in case there is a hardware/software issue which is causing file corruption.

For example, if you have exported to an external hard drive, then try exporting to a USB flash drive, or to your local C: drive if applicable.

Keep us posted as to how you get on...  we are all here to help.

Kind regards,

Paul

Hello Joe,

this error is triggered when the iwzip file is not a real iwzip of it has been modified or currupted somehow. Please try to export it again with the last version of the Evolution 9, this could be the problem, what version are you using of the evolution 9? moreover I cannot see the Evolution 9 licence on your profile, did you register it with a different email?.

Once you have the new iwzip file you should be able to import it in the new Evolution 10.

Keep me updated, thank you
