Is there a way to make a showbox scrollable

I have two reasons for wanting to make a showbox scrollable. First When I place a long piece of text underneath a photograph, the text yust pours over the bottom of the showbox instead of remaining inside the box and be able to scroll through it, second I'd like to have the blog inside a showbox which is scrollable, so I don't have a problem with the site becomming longer with every blog I past.

I tried to set a page inside the showbox that was longer than the showbox height and the scrollbar actually appeared. Could you post here a screenshot of what you get?

Maybe I should have been a bit more specific. It happens when I create a galerie-object and I choose to show a larger image inside a showbox. So far it's alright, but when I start adding text underneath the photograph in the list option, long pieces of text poor over the frame of the showbox instead of the showbox becomming scrollable. The attachment show what I mean.

the first example is not very meaningful because you wrote a single long word and this is hard to be a real caption. Instead, the second one is helpful to show what you meant.
