Email registration failed

I bought Website X5 evolution 9, when i try to finish my (new) email registration i get the folowwing: An Error Was Encountered Unable to load the requested file: helpers/ip_helper.php What can i do to solve this, and get updates usw

HI,
I have exactly the same problem on my Windows 7 64 bit. I have forwardet the validation email to my work email and followed the link from the computer at work and it has worked straight away. Try to forward the validation email to another computer an try to validate from there.

I get the same error with a forwarded mail, using webmail was the solution. Thanx for your respond.

that error was because a temporary issue on the server, it has been fixed after some hours.
