Error in xml document

hi,i have a problem with incomedia,i bought a new lpotop,then i want to import my backup project to my software(incomedia),but after import the project,when i want to run my project , a message appears ,the message says :there is an error in xml document(7813.12),please help me.

Hello Aysen Seyed,
Please try to update the program on the previous computer to the latest release and then export the project again.
Then update also the program on the new computer and then try to import the project again.
Please let me know if it works.
