You don't need to do anything in particular other than uninstalling the software on any computers which are no longer using it, and making sure that you don't have the software installed on more than two computers concurrently (your license covers you for use on two computers, but only when using one at a time)

If you have any difficulty at the activation stage then simply leave a message to that effect in this forum and the Incomedia support staff will assist you directly.

You can open posts in 'private' if you prefer to communicate with the Incomedia staff alone.
