Shopping Cart Headache

I built an e-commerce website with a shopping cart. when i press add to cart as a test the adding of my products, the order form page comes up blank. Also within the sitemap creation tab, the shopping cart page is greyed out and cannot be accessed so i can customize the page to look like all the others.
Since my customers can't get to the page that confirms their orders and more importantly pays me, i have BIG problem and need help to fix this ASAP!!! I have updated my computer and my browser is firefox.

The templateshouldhave lockedthese settings,makea duplicateof the templateto edit it.

no wonder people download cracked software. why pay to get shitty customer service? Actually i would rather have shitty customer service than no customer service. i wish this happened earlier so i could get my hard earned money back.
oh yeah, my ECOMMERCE site shopping cart still doesn't work and no answers form anyone. good work incomedia take the money and run. meh, good work if you can get it i guess

We didn't reply you directly because we saw that you already got an answer from an user that has experience and the solution posted was correct. I tested also your website and saw that it was working correctly and probably it could depend on the cache of your browser.
Please try to clean completely your browser cache or press CTRL key while reloading the page to see if after it will be shown correctly in your browser.
